On supervised post-prison supervision for Rape in the First Degree; Failing to Register as a Sex Offender; Assault in the Fourth Degree and Recklessly Endanger Another.  Lincoln County supervision expires on 6/22/16.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

No contact with minors;  no contact with victims; sex offender treatment; no alcohol and prohibition against frequenting a place where persons under 18 years of age regularly congregate.  

TARGET VICTIMS:

Teenage females.
