Legal Status: Currently On Post-Prison Supervision in Oregon for Rape I (one count) & Rape III (two counts.)   Lincoln County supervision expires on December 15, 2017 .

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: No contact with minors without prior approval;  No contact with victims or their families; A prohibition against frequenting, without prior written permission, a place where persons under 18 years of age regularly congregate; a prohibition against working or volunteering at a school, day care center, park or playground where persons under 18 years of age regularly congregate;  no pornographic materials; sex offender treatment; mental health treatment; prohibited from the consumption of alcohol and possession of firearms.

TARGET VICTIMS: Victim in the Rape I was a 17-year-old female.
