Name: Bowers, Michael Joe

CRIMINAL HISTORY: Rape I, Assault II, Harassment convictions .

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: No contact with prior victims or minors, no alcohol, no entering bars or taverns, no entry where children congregate, sex offender treatment, mental health treatment, anger management.

TARGET VICTIMS:  Bowers was convicted in two separate incidents of picking up hitch-hikers and raping and/or assaulting them.
