Legal Status:  On post prison  supervised for three counts of Sodomy in the First Degree and Sexual Penetration in the Second Degree.  Lincoln County supervision expires on February 8, 2018.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:  No contact with minor males and females; no contact with victim; sex offender treatment; prohibited against frequenting places where minors regularly congregate; no intoxicating beverages.

TARGET VICTIMS:  Victim of the crime was an 11 year old female.
